Reborn To Light takes German symphonic power metal band Aeon Gods deeper into Egyptian myth. The sun god Re is at its centre: within the four-part "Amduat" suite, "Soldiers Of Re" follows his barque into the underworld against Apophis, "Re's Dying Reign" spans three more songs, and the album's first single, "Birth Of Light", draws on the Hermopolis creation myth. Music and lyrics for its first three singles are credited to Alexander Hunzinger. Scarlet Records released the album on 20 February 2026 as the follow-up to the band's 2024 debut album King Of Gods, and Ward Records' Japanese CD (GQCS-91740) came out on 20 March with two Japan-only bonus tracks: "The Beginning", a single that predates King Of Gods, and "Ereshkigal". The band had been announced as support on Victorius's April–May 2026 "Tour Of The Strong". A lyric video for "Birth Of Light" and official videos for "Soldiers Of Re" and "Reborn To Light" accompany the album.
