Fight to Survive (SHM-CD)

Fight to Survive is White Lion's debut album. It was recorded in February 1984 at Hotline in Frankfurt, produced by Peter Hauke, and first released by Victor in Japan. The line-up on it was Mike Tramp singing and playing rhythm guitar, Vito Bratta on lead guitar, Felix Robinson on bass and keyboards and Nicky Capozzi on drums, with Tramp and Bratta sharing the writing credit on all ten album songs. Marquee's notes describe it as a melodic rock record that has been reassessed as an overlooked one. This SHM-CD adds three demos as bonus tracks — "After A Broken Heart", "Wasted City" and "I'm On My Way" — which Marquee's product description says were recorded before work on the album began. Thirteen tracks, about fifty-five minutes. Marquee released it on 21 January 2026 as MICP-30226. On YouTube, "Broken Heart", "Fight To Survive" and "El Salvador" are available as audio from the album's 2009 digital edition, supplied by The Orchard Enterprises.
