Rockaholic

Rockaholic is a work that WARRANT built around catchy choruses, light riffs and a positive rock ’n’ roll feel. While welcoming a new vocal, the characteristically accessible melody and party feel of the band are firmly retained. It is a restarting record on which they welcomed new vocalist Robert Mason. On “Sex Ain't Love,” “Snake” and “Show Must Go On,” even within bright numbers there is a stable ensemble characteristic of a band with a long history. Songs like “Innocence Gone,” “Home” and “Candy Man” breathe the band’s full playing too. The able voice of Robert Mason, who was active in Lynch Mob and others, adds a new thickness to the band. It is a record on which 1980s-style American hard rock can be enjoyed casually.
