Black Pentagram

Black Pentagram is an original EP first sold at Comic Market 91 on 29 December 2016 as ANKM-0024. Canned music put it into the ordinary trade on 18 January 2017 at 1,100 yen including tax. Three songs — "Black Pentagram", "Dead Leaves Rising" and "Violet". It arrived a year and eight months after the album VAMPIR and fills most of the two years before CHANGE OF GENERATION. The title track got an official music video, and that film is the oldest upload on the band's YouTube channel: the habit of making their own videos starts here. "Black Pentagram" and "Dead Leaves Rising" both stayed in the live set. The title song was re-recorded for CHANGE OF GENERATION and appears on all three of the band's live albums — “XIII” Live at Toyosu PIT, EVOLUTION & DIVERSITY LIVE 2022 and 15th Anniversary Tour 2024 REINCARNATION — which few of their songs manage.
