Live at the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival documents performances from the blues festival Slash himself assembled. The Japanese standard edition appeared on Sony Music Labels on 5 November 2025 as a two-disc Blu-spec CD2 set (JAN 4547366772517), and the import followed on earMUSIC on 7 November. Fifteen songs, about an hour and thirty-five minutes. This is neither Guns N' Roses nor Velvet Revolver: almost the whole set is covers of blues and its neighbours. Bukka White's 'Parchman Farm Blues', Howlin' Wolf's 'Killing Floor', Albert King's 'Born Under a Bad Sign', T-Bone Walker's 'Stormy Monday', 'Crossroads' by way of Robert Johnson, and Elmore James's 'Shake Your Money Maker' all appear. Around them sit Fleetwood Mac's 'Oh Well', the Temptations' "Papa Was a Rollin' Stone", Steppenwolf's 'The Pusher', Jimi Hendrix's 'Stone Free' and Bob Dylan's 'It Takes a Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry'. It follows directly from the 2024 covers album Orgy of the Damned, and it is the record showing that the project did not stop in the studio.
