Touch of Sin 2

Touch of Sin 2 re-recorded Sinner's own 1980s songs and added a few new ones, its title pointing back at Touch of Sin from 1985. The reason it exists is that the tapes were gone. Mat Sinner said he had been told the Noise-era masters had mysteriously disappeared and were probably burned in what he pointedly called an accidental fire. He agreed to the project on one condition: the whole band had to shut itself in a studio and record it together, rather than each player sending files in from home. Thirteen years later the farewell album would be made the opposite way, for want of the budget. David Readman of Pink Cream 69, Erik Mårtensson of Eclipse, Tom Naumann and Diego Valdez of Helker all guest, and Achim Köhler mixed it. AFM released it on 30 August 2013 in Europe, with music videos for the re-cut "Comin' Out Fighting" and for the Thin Lizzy cover "Don't Believe a Word".
