Wiped Out (4CD/DVD Expanded Edition) is a five-disc set built around Raven's second album of 1982. The Newcastle band helped define the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, and this is Wiped Out with its original mix, an EP, a BBC session and two 1982 concerts. The Japanese edition came out on SOLID / CHERRY RED on 16 September 2026 as CDSOL-72838, with the international edition on Cherry Red Records dated 25 September 2026.
CD1 carries the album and CD2 its original mix. CD3 is in three parts: the four songs of the Crash Bang Wallop EP, a four-song BBC session and four songs from a 1982 hometown show in Newcastle. CD4 is the complete recording of a 1982 concert in Gouda in the Netherlands. The original Wiped Out came out on Neat Records in May 1982; it and the Crash Bang Wallop EP were recorded and mixed in just six days.
The DVD holds footage of that same Gouda show, drum, guitar and bass solos included, with songs drawn largely from the first two albums. "Faster Than The Speed Of Light" and "Live At The Inferno" are among them. A booklet of rare and unpublished photographs from the band's own archive is included.
