A fifteen-track collection released on 28 August 2026, and not a straight reissue of the original masters: the songs are re-recorded for 2026, or remixed and remastered. The first half belongs to the early hits. “Don't Tell Me You Love Me” comes from the 1982 debut Dawn Patrol; “(You Can Still) Rock in America”, “Sister Christian” and “When You Close Your Eyes” from 1983's Midnight Madness — the four songs that made the band's name. “Four in the Morning”, “Breakout”, “Tomorrow” and “Growin' Up in California” carry the eighties on. The second half moves to recent work: “High Road” from the 2014 album of that name, “Somehow Someway” and “Don't Let Up” from 2017's Don't Let Up. The point of the exercise is to hear both ends of a career past forty years long in the same sonic register.
