LINER NOTES
LANGUAGE
Original Album Classics is DEEP PURPLE's box in the three-album line of Sony Music's budget series of that name, issued in 2011. It holds Slaves and Masters (1990), sung by Joe Lynn Turner, The Battle Rages On... (1993), which brought Ian Gillan back, and Purpendicular (1996), the first with Steve Morse, one to a disc. There are no bonus tracks; the three come to thirty-one songs.
Each CD sits in a card sleeve that reproduces its original cover, and the back of the slipcase shows the three covers with their track lists. It appeared on RCA, catalogue number 88697944502.
