N.W.O.B.H.M.を代表する一組、TANKが1982年に放ったデビュー作『FILTH HOUNDS OF HADES』のデラックス・エディション。Cleopatra Recordsより2026年8月14日に2枚組で発売される。元THE DAMNEDのアルジー・ウォードを中心に、パンク由来の速さと直截さを当時のヘヴィ・メタルへ接続した内容で、両者が交わった記念碑的作品として長く語られてきた。プロデュースはMOTÖRHEADのファスト・エディ・クラークが担当。ディスク1にはオリジナル10曲に加え、「Don't Walk Away」「The Snake」「Steppin' on a Landmine」「Hammer On」といった当時のシングル曲やB面曲を収録。ディスク2には1981年のライヴ音源、ラジオ・セッション、デモ・テイクがまとめられ、アルバム制作の周辺までを見渡せる構成となっている。

A deluxe reissue of Filth Hounds of Hades, the 1982 debut by Tank, one of the definitive N.W.O.B.H.M. names, released by Cleopatra Records on 14 August 2026 as a two-disc set. Led by Algy Ward — formerly of the Damned — the band welded punk speed and bluntness to the heavy metal of their moment, and the album has long been treated as a landmark of that collision; Motörhead's Fast Eddie Clarke produced it. Disc one carries the ten original songs alongside the singles and B-sides that surrounded them, among them "Don't Walk Away", "The Snake", "Steppin' On A Landmine" and "Hammer On". Disc two gathers live recordings from 1981, radio sessions and demo takes, filling in the picture around the album's making.
