ジャーマン・スラッシュ・メタルを代表する一組、SODOMが1994年1月に発表した6作目『GET WHAT YOU DESERVE』の再発盤（SHM-CD）。2026年6月24日発売。トム・エンジェルリッパーを軸とする編成が、当時のハードコア／パンク寄りの荒々しさを前面に押し出した時期の作品で、初期のスラッシュ・メタル然とした攻撃性と、短く刻む楽曲構成が全編を貫いている。タイトル曲「Get What You Deserve」に始まり、「Jabba the Hut」「Delight in Slaying」「Sodomized」「Silence Is Consent」「Angeldust」まで全16曲。インストゥルメンタルの「Tribute to Moby Dick」やドイツ語詞の「Die Stumme Ursel」「Erwachet」を挟み込む構成も含め、90年代前半のSODOMがたどり着いた荒々しさをそのまま封じ込めた一枚である。

A reissue on SHM-CD of Get What You Deserve, the sixth album that Sodom — among the defining names of German thrash metal — released in January 1994, out again on 24 June 2026. The line-up around Tom Angelripper made it during a period when the band pushed the rawness of hardcore and punk to the front, and early-thrash aggression with short, tightly cut song structures runs through the whole record. Sixteen tracks run from the title song through "Jabba the Hut", "Delight in Slaying", "Sodomized", "Silence Is Consent" and on to "Angeldust", with the instrumental "Tribute to Moby Dick" and the German-language "Die Stumme Ursel" and "Erwachet" set among them. It captures the harshness Sodom had arrived at in the first half of the 1990s.
