スイスの国民的ハード・ロック・バンドGOTTHARDのギタリスト、レオ・レオーニ率いるCORELEONIが、2022年作『III』からライヴ・アルバム2作を挟んで4年ぶりに完成させた通算4作目のスタジオ・アルバム。Reigning Phoenix Musicより2026年9月11日発売（海外）で、フィジカルはライヴ・アルバム『LIVE AT HALLENSTADION ZURICH』をボーナスCDとして加えたデジパック仕様の2枚組。初代フロントマンのロニー・ロメロの後任として加入したアルバニア人シンガー、ユージェント・ブッシュペパを迎えた2作目にあたり、レオーニの豪快なギターと熱いヴォーカルが燃え上がる硬派なハード・ロックは健在。こだわりのアナログ・ミックスによって、オールド・スクール・ハード・ロックならではの生々しい空気感と爆音ロックの初期衝動を封じ込めた。メロディや繊細なエモーショナル表現を磨き上げるGOTTHARDとは対照的に、AC/DCや初期ACCEPTにも通じる裸の雄々しいハード・ロックンロールをひたすら追求した一枚。先行シングル「Generation Rock」のMVが公開されている。

CoreLeoni — the band led by Gotthard guitarist Leo Leoni — return with their fourth studio album, their first in four years: two live albums came between it and 2022's III. Reigning Phoenix Music releases it on 11 September 2026, the physical edition a digipak double-CD with the live album Live At Hallenstadion Zurich as its bonus disc. It is the second CoreLeoni record fronted by Albanian singer Eugjent Bushpepa, who took over from original frontman Ronnie Romero, and Leoni's full-throated guitar playing and hard-nosed rock instincts are undiminished. A deliberately analogue mix chases the raw air of old-school hard rock and bottles the first impulse of loud rock and roll. Where Gotthard polish melody and emotional detail, CoreLeoni goes after the naked, muscular hard rock and roll of AC/DC and early Accept. The music video for the lead single "Generation Rock" is out now.
