Phoenix is the fourth studio album by XTASY, a melodic hard rock band formed in Navarra, Spain, in 2011 around singer Silvia Idoate and guitarist Jorge Olloqui. It follows Eye Of The Storm of 2020 by six years, with the 2022 EP Fuerza Interior and the 2023 live CD/DVD Live Of The Storm, from a 30-plus-date European tour, in between. The line-up is Idoate and Olloqui with Carles Salse (guitar), David Zarzosa (bass) and Javi Herrero of Zenobia (drums). Idoate, Salse, Olloqui and Erik Mårtensson of Eclipse wrote the ten songs; Salse produced with the band. Recording ran September 2024 to March 2025 at Sureau Studio in Matadepera and Studio Rock 81 in Noain. Mårtensson mixed and mastered it in May 2025 at his Mass Destruction studio in Sölleron, Sweden, as he has on every XTASY studio album since the 2014 debut Revolution. Three singles came first, each with an official video: "Too Late", "If I Fall" and "Can't Get Enough". Art Of Melody Music / Burning Minds Music Group issued it worldwide on 10 April 2026. Bickee Music, the Japanese label for Eye Of The Storm, followed on 26 June with a Japanese-specification pressing announced with an obi, liner notes and an interview. Ten songs.
