An all-out war between an army of cybernetic dinosaurs and a space-faring ninja force is the story of World War Dinosaur, the new album from dinosaur-themed German power metal band Victorius, with Orden Ogan and Angus McSix guesting on the title track and Asenblut on "Evil Mean Megalodon". Formed in 2004, the band made their album debut with Unleash the Titans in 2010, built their "Dinosaurrior" following with the 2018 EP Dinosaur Warfare – Legend of the Power Saurus and took their "Power Metal from Outer Space" idea worldwide with Space Ninjas from Hell on Napalm Records in 2020. Reigning Phoenix Music released the new record on 17 April 2026, the same day as Ward Records' Japanese CD (GQCS-91743), which adds the bonus track "Hail to the King" for 13 songs. Music videos for "Dino Race From Outer Space", "Raptor Squad Attack", "Kingdom Of The Strong" and "Brachio Bazooka Battalion" came out before the release, and a lyric video for the title track followed on release day.
