Waking Our Ancient Memories is the debut album by Unborn Prophecy, a progressive death metal band from Costa Rica. David González on lead guitar and Juan Carlos Suárez on drums formed it in 2018, moved from covers to their own songs, and settled the line-up with Paulo Matarrita on bass, Jeancarlo Murillo on rhythm guitar and Sley Martínez singing. It is their first record after a worldwide deal with Wormholedeath: nine aggressive songs that put technique forward without letting go of the shape of a song. WormHoleDeath Japan released the Japanese edition on 31 January 2024. Nine tracks, about fifty minutes.
