Nine years separate Chapter IV from the last Twins Crew album. Scarlet Records released it on 21 February 2025 and Ward Records put out the Japanese edition on 8 August as GQCS-91657, eight tracks in about forty minutes with a Japanese booklet and translated lyrics. The Swedish band formed in 2007, the Japanese label says, released several EPs, debuted at album length with Judgement Night in 2011, then signed to Scarlet in Italy for The Northern Crusade (2013) and Veni Vidi Vici (2016) before going quiet. Fredrik Nordström mixed and mastered this one. Scarlet's channel carries videos for two songs, "Living In A Dream", which the label calls the first single, and "Never Stop Believing", the third; the former is credited to Dennis Janglöv and David Janglöv among its writers.
