Un Viaje Épico is a Tierra Santa album, and the band's first proper release in Japan. They started in 1991 as Privacy, took the present name in 1997 and made their debut with Medieval that year. Everything is sung in Spanish, and that voice over the harmonised twin guitars is why they are so often called the Spanish Iron Maiden; Dio put them on as support in Spain, and at home they are well enough known to have had a biography published. Ángel San Juan (vocals, guitar) and Roberto Gonzalo (bass) have been there since the beginning, with Juan Antonio San Martín on keyboards, Dan Diez on guitar and Francisco Gonzalo Castillo on drums. Maldito Records released it on 29 November 2024 and Ward Records issued the Japanese CD (GQCS-91542) on 20 December 2024, giving it a Japanese title of its own. The label made videos for the title track and for "Abre Tu Corazón".
