Tierra Santa's eleventh album, Destino, appeared in Spain on Maldito Records on 10 June 2022; Ward Records brought it to Japan on 24 September 2025 as GQCS-91667, eleven songs in about 48 minutes, all of them sung in Spanish. Maldito Records has posted a video clip for "Pecado de Ángel" and audio singles for the title track, "Mi Madre", "La Fuente de la Juventud", "El Dorado" and "Gran Alma". The band started in 1991 under the name Privacy, took their present name in 1997 and made their album debut with Medieval; the Japanese label recalls Dio choosing them to open a Spanish tour, notes how close their recent work has moved to Iron Maiden and describes this record as a return to the classic heavy metal they came from. The line-up is Ángel San Juan on vocals and guitar, Roberto Gonzalo on bass, Juan Antonio San Martín on keyboards, Dan Díez on guitar and Francisco Gonzalo Castillo on drums.
