Avalanche is the fourth album by Temple Balls, a Finnish hard rock band. They opened for Sonata Arctica, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep before putting out their first record, Traded Dreams, in 2017; that same year they played Japan for the first time at Loud & Metal Mania 2017 and came second in Burrn! magazine's Brightest Hope poll, and their audience here has grown steadily since. Untamed (2019) and Pyromide (2021) followed, and this record, like the last, was produced by Jona Tee of H.E.A.T and The Crown. The lead single "Strike Like a Cobra" is an anthem written to be sung back at them, and strong melody with a chorus that stays put is the spine of the whole album. Marquee Inc. released it on 10 November 2023 as MICP-11829. Twelve tracks, about forty-three minutes.
