Songs Of Steel is the first album by Souls of Steel, a four-piece from El Salvador, and its eleven tracks are straight melodious hard rock in the line of the stadium rock of the 1980s. Benjamín López, who plays bass and sings second, and the lead guitarist Daniel Jiménez formed the band in 2021; Óscar Trujillo plays drums and Sebastián Lorenzana sings. It was recorded at Stageline Studio at home with Erlin de la O, and mixed and mastered at Cube Recording Studio in England by Ross Rothero-Bourge. The band put it out themselves in El Salvador on 22 December 2023 and then signed worldwide to Wormholedeath; the international release followed on 16 August 2024, and WormHoleDeath Japan issued the Japanese-packaged import (BITX-1350) on 27 December 2024. There is an official music video for "No Man's Land".
