Slipknot (25th Anniversary Edition) brings the band's 1999 debut back on 5 September 2025 as a remastered two-disc set with new artwork and a bonus disc of demos and alternate mixes; Warner Music Japan followed on 10 September with WPCR-18747, which comes with a sleeve-art sticker. The two discs hold twenty-seven tracks in about 90 minutes. Disc two, titled Demos & Alternate Mixes, gathers demo takes of "Wait and Bleed", "Snap", "Interloper", "Despise", "Only One", "Me Inside" and "Prosthetics", Jay Baumgardner's mixes of "Surfacing", "Only One" and "No Life", Ulrich Wild's mix of "(sic)", and "Purity" and "Eeyore". The nine-piece from Iowa sold 100,000 copies of the album in Japan and took a gold disc there, the Japanese label notes. The band's channel has a trailer for the anniversary reissue and the audio for "Prosthetics (Demo)", and it posted "Get This" from the larger box set edition.
