Medusa is the first album by Russell - Guns, the project pairing Jack Russell of Great White with Tracii Guns of L.A. Guns. Johnny Martin plays bass, Shane Fitzgibbon drums, and Alessandro Del Vecchio -- a fixture at Frontiers -- produced. Eleven songs built on the bluesy hard rock the two were playing in the 1980s and pushed forward by a modern recording. For Jack Russell it was a first new record in seven years, since He Saw It Comin'. The Japanese edition adds an acoustic version of "Living a Lie". Marquee Inc. released it on 12 January 2024. Twelve tracks, about fifty-one minutes.
