Pow! Right in the Kisser is a record with a different drummer on almost every track: Ray Luzier of Korn, Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe, Brent Fitz, Tico Torres of Bon Jovi, Brian Tichy, Liberty DeVitto and Kenny Aronoff all take a song. Phil X, known as Bon Jovi's guitarist and before that as a session player on a long list of records, leads the band. Frontiers Records released the album on 28 March 2025 and Ward Records issued the Japanese CD (GQCS-91580) the same day, with translated lyrics and a commentary booklet, adding "Evil Robot" as a Japanese bonus track for twelve songs in all.
