LINER NOTES
This was the only studio album by Paul Di'Anno's Warhorse, the band Iron Maiden's first singer put together with Croatian musicians, recorded in Croatia and the UK across 2022 and 2023. Di'Anno said at release that by his standards far too much time had passed since the sessions and that he could not wait to hold the record. He sings; Hrvoje Madiraca and Ante Pupačić "Pupi" play guitar and between them wrote, arranged and produced the album. Two of the ten songs are covers — "Tequila" by The Champs and Depeche Mode's "Precious" — and the video for the advance track "Here Comes the Night" was made by Andy Pilkington of Very Metal Art. BraveWords Records issued it on 19 July 2024 as an import; no Japanese edition was pressed. Di'Anno died in October of the same year, which leaves this as the last album of original material released in his lifetime.
