The Order of Fear is the seventh album by the German power metal band Orden Ogan, and their first for Reigning Phoenix Music after fourteen years with AFM Records. Formed in 1996, they made their album debut with Testimonium A.D. in 2004, signed to AFM in 2010 and reached No. 3 on the German chart with Final Days in 2021. The title translates the band's own name — Orden is German for order, Ogan Celtic for fear — and the record runs from double-kick gallops to a piece of more than seven minutes, carrying on the saga the band has been telling since Vale in 2008. Of the third single, "Conquest", the singer Sebastian "Seeb" Levermann has said that he disliked the demo and argued against putting it on the album, was talked round by the rest of the band, and now counts the finished song among the best they have ever written. The album came out on 5 July 2024 in both territories; the Japanese CD is Ward Records GQCS-91481. Eleven tracks.
