Heroica
Red Rivet Records' Japanese edition of Heroica (RRR-044) arrived on 29 April 2026, more than two years after Valencia's Opera Magna first released their fourth album on 1 March 2024; the label says the October 2024 floods, which swamped a studio owned by a former band member, were among the reasons for the wait.

Red Rivet Records' Japanese edition of Heroica (RRR-044) arrived on 29 April 2026, more than two years after Valencia's Opera Magna first released their fourth album on 1 March 2024; the label says the October 2024 floods, which swamped a studio owned by a former band member, were among the reasons for the wait. It adds a cover of Symphony X's "Out of the Ashes" to the eleven album tracks. Formed in 1997, the band made their debut album, El ultimo caballero, with second singer Jose Broseta, won wider acclaim with Poe, and counted a trilogy of EPs, later compiled as Del amor y otros demonios, as their third album. On Heroica, "Aquello que importa" sets new lyrics to a piece by Ennio Morricone and "Historia" leans towards folk. Kaos Studio made the videos for "La muerte de un poeta", "Volver" and "Heroica" and the lyric video for "Historia".
