This is the 35th-anniversary edition of Dr. Feelgood, the fifth Motley Crue album, released on 28 August 1989 and the first of theirs to top the Billboard 200. The audio is newly remastered and the sleeve was redrawn for the occasion as a limited edition. The original eleven tracks — among them the singles Kickstart My Heart, Dr. Feelgood, Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away), Without You and Same Ol' Situation (S.O.S.) — are followed by previously unreleased demos of almost all of them, twenty-one tracks in total. BMG released it on 22 November 2024, and it reaches Japan as an import. Besides this single-disc digipak there is a three-disc deluxe box that adds a replica of the 24-page tour book and other memorabilia.
