Daemonic Rites is a live album by Mayhem, the Norwegian black metal band whose history runs back to the mid-1980s, recorded on the tour behind their 2019 studio record Daemon. Seventeen songs over two discs: the first draws on Daemon and the rest of the post-Euronymous material, the second turns to the early catalogue — "Freezing Moon", "Pagan Fears", "Deathcrush", "Pure Fucking Armageddon". The line-up is Hellhammer on drums, Attila Csihar singing, Necrobutcher on bass and Teloch and Ghul on guitars. Century Media released it internationally on 15 September 2023; Ward Records' Japanese edition, with a Japanese essay, followed on 6 October as GQCS-91383. Official live videos exist for "Malum", "Chainsaw Gutsfuck" and "Deathcrush".
