LINER NOTES
Edge Of Destruction runs to twelve tracks: eleven songs, the last of them "Eye For An Eye", listed as a bonus track, and the instrumental "Friends". Steve Overland sings backing vocals on "This Thing Called Love", a song John McAfee wrote in 1987-88; its video, in August 2026, was the first of three on Eonian Records' channel, followed by "Hanging By A Thread" in September and "Stranger In Bloom" in October.
Marcus Mason, a multi-instrumentalist born in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1988, leads the band, and beside his lead vocals the label credits Josef "Peppi" Gebhard on guitar (and, on one song, bass), Peter Penhallow on keyboards and Jimmy Katone on drums. This is MASON's third album, after I Can't Wait (Lions Pride Music, 2024) and Seconds To Impact (Eonian, September 2025). Eonian released it on CD on 25 September 2026 (ER00099), and Bit Organization / Eonian Records' Japanese edition (BITX1504), a direct import with Japanese packaging, is dated 30 November 2026.
