Blaze of Rage is the sixth Magic Kingdom album and the first in about five years, following Metal Mighty from 2019. The Belgian guitarist Dushan Petrossi leads the band and also runs Iron Mask, and he has said he writes for the two separately: Magic Kingdom gets the faster songs, less hard rock in them and more orchestration. Michael Vescera, once of Yngwie Malmsteen's band and of Loudness, sings again after the previous record, with Vassili Moltchanov on bass, Gabriel Deschamps on drums and Roma Siadletsky on backing vocals. Massacre Records released it on 13 December 2024; Marquee Avalon had the Japanese CD (MICP-11897) out two days earlier, on 11 December, with the same twelve tracks and no additions. The label made a lyric video for "Blaze Of Storming Rage".
