Century Media Records released I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me on 12 September 2025, and Sony Music Labels issued the Japanese CD the same day as SICP-6708 with liner notes, lyrics and translations. An instrumental version of "Oblivion" is added there as a Japan-only bonus track, making eleven songs in about 74 minutes. Writing "Oblivion", the band aimed for something dark and serene, they say, the feeling of the Miller's planet sequence in Interstellar, a world that is calm and sterile at once. Their Japanese label describes the record as setting cinematic orchestration against unrelenting brutality and close introspection, with songs about breakdown, family trauma and existential dread. The band's own channel carries videos for "Oblivion", "Unbreakable", "Glenwood", "In Darkness" and "War Machine".
