Formae Mentis is the first full-length album by Just Reborn, an Italian symphonic power metal quartet with a female lead singer. Wormholedeath released it on 9 May 2025, and WORMHOLEDEATH JAPAN brought it to Japan on 29 August as BITX-1390, an import prepared for Japanese distribution: thirteen tracks, about 53 minutes. The second track, "Dreams Of Euphoria", has a guest appearance by Timo Tolkki, the guitarist who led Stratovarius for two decades; it went out as a single ahead of the album, and the label's own channel had trailed it earlier still. The band's channel carries videos for "Brain Fag" and "Alter Ego"; of the first they write that it follows someone trapped inside their own mind through emotional isolation to a closing cry for freedom. A lyric video for "Ad Aspera" sits on the label's channel.
