BURRN! PRESENTS 炎 Vol.8

BURRN! PRESENTS 炎 Vol.8 is the eighth issue of 炎, the mook series edited by the staff of BURRN!, and an Iron Maiden special. Its publication date is 16 November 2026, from Shinko Music Entertainment, A5 in size with 192 pages. The cover sets the words "IRON MAIDEN 特集" (Iron Maiden special) over the band's mascot, Eddie, and ties the issue to the band's fiftieth-anniversary tour of Japan. At its centre are long interviews with seven men, one by one: the six current members on the tour, Steve Harris, Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, Janick Gers, Bruce Dickinson and Simon Dawson, and Nicko McBrain, who has retired from touring. Around them are Masanori Ito on what to watch for at the Japan shows, a guide to every original album, a chronology of the band and of its Japan tours, a feature tracing the music behind the cover versions on the band's singles, and an introduction to the documentary film Iron Maiden: Burning Ambition. The Japan shows are at K-Arena Yokohama on 24 and 25 November 2026, the last of the two-year Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026. The relaunched 炎 began with Vol.1, a Queen special, in January 2020; Vol.7 (October 2025) was an Ozzy Osbourne memorial issue and Vol.6 (December 2024) a Judas Priest special.
