Mind Trap is a Florida death metal record: Inhuman Condition put it out through Listenable Insanity Records on 27 June 2025, and Spiritual Beast issued the Japanese edition, IUCP-16375, on 2 July with translated lyrics and an interview. That pressing adds two bonus tracks after the nine songs — a demo of "Severely Lifeless", and "Tres", which is the demo of "Face For Later". The credits on the band's own videos give the line-up as Jeramie Kling on vocals and drums, Taylor Nordberg on guitars and Terry Butler on bass, with the record made at Smoke & Mirrors Productions, Kling mixing and Nordberg mastering; Dan Goldsworthy did the cover and layout and Mark Riddick redrew the logo. The Japanese label calls it the band's third album and points to Butler's place in Obituary and to Massacre in the members' past.
