A Japan-only CD single for "Perhaps", the song Guns N' Roses put out without warning in August 2023 -- their first new one since "Hard Skool" in 2021. Outside Japan it existed only as a worldwide digital release and a seven-inch sold through the band's own site; Universal Music Japan pressed it as an SHM-CD for general sale. The other new song, "The General", is on the B-side. It comes in a miniature record sleeve with Japanese lyric translations and a written commentary. Universal Music Japan released it on 20 December 2023 as UICY-5140. Two tracks, about eight minutes.
