Firewind's Gods, Myths & Titans is a concept album built on Greek mythology, due on 19 February 2027 from BLKIIBLK, the metal label of Frontiers Label Group, and the Greek band's first record there. The first single, "The Legend Of Achilles", went up as a lyric video on BLKIIBLK's channel on 10 September 2026, and the band played it live for the first time at ProgPower USA XXV in Atlanta. Gus G, the guitarist known for his work with Ozzy Osbourne and King Diamond, says the band had wanted to make a Greek-mythology record for a long time; it took two years, each song takes a myth of its own, orchestral and cinematic parts sit on top of their metal, and Felipe Machado made an artwork for every track. Three of the twelve tracks, "Prologue Sacrifice", "Prelude The Chosen One" and "Epilogue", run under a minute and a half. Henning Basse, who took part in 2017's Immortals, is back at the microphone in place of Herbie Langhans, who, as BURRN! notes, sang on the self-titled 2020 album and on Stand United (2024); Petros Christo plays bass, Johan Nunez drums, and Gus G keyboards as well as guitar. The standard CD is BBCD1629 (EAN 8024391162927); the digipak, BBCD1629D (EAN 8024391162941), comes in a fully illustrated six-page package, listed in the label's shop with a Gus G signature pick. No Japanese edition had been announced by September 2026.
