Fegefeuer is a two-disc record by Feuerschwanz, the German medieval-themed folk metal band: a studio album on the first disc and a concert recorded at Wacken Open Air in 2022 on the second. They started in 2004 and took their first German number one with Memento Mori in 2021, which is roughly when they became one of the most closely watched bands in the country. The live disc includes a cover of Manowar's "Warriors Of The World United", and between the two discs the set works as an introduction — the band at full momentum with the setlist they would choose themselves. Napalm Records released it on 21 July 2023 and Marquee Incorporated issued the Japanese edition, MICP-90126, on 24 April 2024; the same label followed it a week later, on 1 May, with the Japanese edition of the twentieth-anniversary album Warriors. Twenty-four tracks, about an hour and thirty-one minutes.
