Venera is the second album by Everdawn, a symphonic metal band from New Jersey, and the record that introduces them in Japan. Keyboard player Boris Zaks and guitarist Richard Fischer came out of Midnight Eternal, which stopped after a single self-titled album in 2016, and Everdawn is the band they built afterwards. It follows Cleopatra of 2021 and was recorded, mixed and mastered under Jacob Hansen at his own Hansen Studios. Alina Gavrilenko sings it, her clear high register carrying writing that is dramatic and openly theatrical; the title is the Russian word for Venus. The Japanese edition adds an acoustic version of "Century Black". Marquee Inc. released it on 8 December 2023 as MICP-11837. Fifteen tracks, about sixty-five minutes.
