Extrasensory is the third album by Embrace By Dark, an avant-garde melodic death metal band from Bulgaria, and its eight songs put heavy riffing and a screamed vocal against melodies that are allowed to carry the drama. The band began as a project in 1995 and made a first album in 2000; a Bulgarian cult label signed them in 2001 and the second album, two years in the making, followed in 2003, mastered in England by a former Cradle of Filth guitarist. They played as special guests to Moonspell in 2009, and signed worldwide to Wormholedeath in 2023, which is what led to this record. The line-up is Ilko Gizdov on vocals, Emil Enev on bass, Georgi Radev on synths, Angel Nikolov on drums and Vladislav Stoyanov and Boris Pavlov on guitars. It appeared abroad on 25 October 2024; WormHoleDeath Japan issued the Japanese-packaged import (BITX-1348) on 27 December 2024. The label made a lyric video for "Zone Unknown".
