Duff McKagan's Lighthouse: Live From London came out through earMUSIC on 31 October 2025, and Sony Music Labels released the Japanese edition on 5 November 2025 on Blu-spec CD2, as a limited first pressing with a Blu-ray of the concert (SICX-30256/7) and as a single CD (SICX-30258), 19 tracks in about 80 minutes. The Guns N' Roses bassist recorded and filmed it on 5 October 2024 at a sold-out Islington Assembly Hall in London, one night of his Lighthouse Tour '24, backed by Tim DiJulio and Jeff Fielder on guitar, Mike Squires on bass and Michael Musburger on drums. Recording and mixing were handled by Martin Feveyear, who also engineered the tour's live sound. Sony Music's notes describe a set drawn mainly from his solo albums Lighthouse and Tenderness, with covers of "I Wanna Be Your Dog" by The Stooges, "I Fought The Law" by The Crickets and Guns N' Roses' own "You're Crazy", and Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols joining him for "Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory" by Johnny Thunders and "Heroes" by David Bowie. The Japanese CD also prints a written tribute from J of LUNA SEA. McKagan's YouTube channel carries the whole concert as well as single-song clips, "Heroes", "Longfeather" and "Fallen Ones" among them.
