Arising is the first EP by Dirkschneider & The Old Gang, the six-piece built around three former Accept men — Udo Dirkschneider, Stefan Kaufmann and Peter Baltes — with Mathias Dieth and Sven Dirkschneider of U.D.O. and Manuela Bibert alongside them. That these particular people were in a room together again was itself the story. The three songs include "Where the Angels Fly", posted in 2020, and "Every Heart Is Burning", which followed in 2021; both were immediate hits the moment they went out on social media. AFM Records released the EP internationally in 2021, and Metal-Vybe brought the first Japanese edition out on 25 October 2023 as MTVB-1008. All three songs have official music videos. About fifteen minutes.
