Rock of Ages: The DVD Collection gathers Def Leppard's music videos, and although it first appeared abroad in 2005 it had never been released in Japan until this edition. Nineteen videos run from the height of the 1980s to the work of the 1990s — "Pour Some Sugar on Me", "Photograph", "Love Bites", "Rock of Ages", "Hysteria" — with rehearsal footage of "No Matter What" added as bonus material. The band formed in Sheffield in 1977 and took America with two records, Pyromania in 1983 and Hysteria in 1987, becoming as much a part of the MTV era as anyone. Universal Music Japan released this first-press limited edition, with Japanese notes, on 25 October 2023 as UIBY-75138. About eighty-nine minutes.
