The Silver Key is an album by Crystal Viper, the Polish heavy metal band, with every lyric drawn from the writing of H. P. Lovecraft — a continuation of The Cult, which they built the same way in 2021. The label says its working title was in fact "The Cult II". Providence, Kadath and Yaddith turn up in the song titles, and the record carries its story forward without loosening its hold on the shapes of 1980s heavy metal. Listenable Records released it on 28 June 2024 as LISB76422, and it circulates in Japan as an import. Eleven tracks including one the CD and the download carry as a bonus, about forty-seven minutes.
