LINER NOTES
The third full-length album by CHAOS CONTROL, and a self-titled one, released by Repentless on 21 October 2026 as a CD (RETS-0048, ¥3,500 incl. tax). The band came together in 1999 around guitarist Kaneko, put out the EP "Gathering Chaos" in 2002 and then went inactive; it restarted in 2021 and has since issued the full-lengths "Call Of The Abyss" (2022) and "The Legacy Within" (2023) plus the mini-album "Lost In Time" (January 2025). This is the first album with vocalist Jinn (ex-ILLUSION FORCE), who had worked with the band as a support member from 2025 and became an official member on 7 March 2026. The line-up is Jinn on vocals, Kaneko on guitar and backing vocals and Tamotsu on guitar, with Miho (Zilqy) on bass and Hibiki (Matenrou Opera) on drums taking part throughout as support musicians. The ten main tracks are followed by two bonus tracks: Jinn vocal versions of "Until The End" and "World Of Insanity" from "Lost In Time". First-come retailer bonuses are a download card for "Departure (Jinn Vocal Version)" at Tower Records, a download card for "Karma (Jinn Vocal Version)" at diskunion, and a jacket-art tin badge at HMV.
