Secretos de Amor y Muerte is the fourth album by Celtian, the Spanish symphonic folk metal band formed in 2017, and their first in three years after Sendas de Leyenda in 2021. They made their album debut with The Druid's Awaiting in 2018, drew attention at home, signed to Maldito Records and followed with En tierra de hadas in 2019. The music here is again folk metal with flute, violin and bagpipes well forward and Celtic melody through the writing, carried by Xana Lavey singing in Spanish, and harder songs than the band had attempted before sit alongside it. Jorge Salán guests on "Renacer" and Rafa Blas on "Tras el Letargo". Thirteen tracks, about 52 minutes. It came out on 5 April 2024 and Ward Records released the Japanese edition, GQCS-91485, on 2 August 2024 under the added Japanese title Ai to Shi no Himitsu.
