More Balls to Picasso

More Balls to Picasso is Bruce Dickinson's 2025 rebuild of Balls to Picasso, the second solo album he made in 1994. BMG released it on 25 July 2025 as an import, a three-panel digisleeve of twelve tracks running a little over an hour. In the label material carried by Japanese retailers Dickinson says the idea came to him while he was mixing his whole catalogue into Dolby Atmos: he beefed up the guitars and added more of them. Philip Naslund played the new guitars, and the Brazilian composer Antonio Teoli wrote the arrangements and handled keys and programming, putting at the head of "Gods of War" indigenous instruments he had recorded himself while living in the Amazon. A horn section was added to "Shoot All the Clowns", and Brendan Duffey mixed and mastered the record, with new sounds contributed by Shay Baby, who produced the 1994 original. The last two tracks are previously unreleased live-in-the-studio recordings. Dickinson wrote the songs with Roy Z.
