Bodybuilder's There's No There, There came out through Wormholedeath on 15 November 2024, and Wormholedeath Japan released it on 31 October 2025 as an imported CD with Japanese specifications (BITX1402): six tracks, about 14 minutes, from Nicholas Capaldi's Los Angeles solo project. The Japanese distributor says Capaldi wrote and recorded every part alone and lists a 2021 demo EP and the 2024 EP Unknown Kadath before it. Capaldi began Bodybuilder in 2018, and Wormholedeath describes blackened death metal made with synthesizers, anguished vocals and programmed drums, drawing on H.P. Lovecraft, Philip K. Dick, William Gibson and Cormac McCarthy. The label traces the songs to sleep paralysis, night terrors and hallucinations, with lyrics framed as a dialogue about keeping hold of oneself. Wormholedeath posted a lyric video for the opener, "Separating Twins". Sources disagree on what it is: Apple Music and Wormholedeath's signing announcement call it an EP, the label's lyric-video notes an album, and the Japanese distributor a debut full-length, while the project's Bandcamp page dates it to 19 June 2023, ahead of Unknown Kadath in March 2024.
