By Horizon is the first album by Azimut19, a Russian melodic death metal trio whose members spent twenty-five years in a viking metal band before this one, releasing five albums in Europe and playing a long list of festivals. They started again in 2019 — the year is in the name — then took two years to finish the material here, recorded it, and signed a worldwide deal with Wormholedeath to put it out. Eight tracks of straightforward melodic death metal, lyrical lines running through the aggression. The album appeared on 12 April 2024; Wormholedeath Japan issued the Japanese-packaged import (BITX-1368) on 30 April 2025. "Anger Plague" has an official video and "Hi-tech War" a lyric video.
