LINER NOTES
The second studio album by Ann Wilson, co-founder of Heart, with her band Tripsitter, following 2023's Another Door. The nine-track record is released on 14 August 2026 through Label Logic and reaches Japan as an import on the same date. Tripsitter is Tony Lucido (bass, backing vocals), Ryan Wariner (electric guitar), Sean T. Lane (drums, percussion) and Paul Moak (guitars, keyboards, backing vocals); the album was made in Nashville. Wilson underwent surgery for cancer followed by preventive chemotherapy in 2024, postponing Heart's Royal Flush Tour, and returned to the stage in early 2025. She has described the lyrics as the product of "the most exciting but terrifying couple of years of my life so far," with "I Will Not Be Coming Back" and "Bone Pain" addressing that period directly. The lead single, "I Will Not Be Coming Back," was released on 26 June 2026. Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
