Mad Locust Rising: Live at Hammersmith Odeon is a live release by Agent Steel, a CD and DVD set holding both the audio and the film of their 20 June 1987 show in London, on a bill that also carried Onslaught, Nuclear Assault and Atomkraft. The band came together in Los Angeles in 1984, and what marked them out was the piercing upper range of singer John Cyriis and a set of lyrics drawn from flying saucers and conspiracy lore; Cyriis had spent a short spell in Megadeth before he started them. Two albums followed — Skeptics Apocalypse in 1985, Unstoppable Force in 1987 — then a split in 1988 and a return in 2021, with Cyriis again, for No Other Godz Before Me. Dissonance, a Cherry Red label, released this set on 27 September 2024; it reached Japan on 16 October as an import prepared for Japanese distribution, CDSOL-71833. Nine tracks.
